scouting WA

We have been scouting around southern washington around lower gifford pinchot.

We tried using carson as a town point (working to avoid a burden on the same town as last year, as well as to make it more southern) and found everything to be a bit too populated...

Our sights have been on traveling east of cougar into gifford-pinchot (southe of St Helens), however we haven't been able to get out there as we lost our main scouting vehicle.

Anyone scouting WA that would like to check it out?

tring for a different state this year??

Hey,
At our meeting in SF a few months ago we decided to aim to host amf in either oregon or north cali.
so I don't kow if you're in touch with someone from spaz up there or not about all this.
But of course I'm not the finall say..just putting out what the majority of folks had talked about.
We like to think of having it in a different state each year. Personally I
d love it to be in Oregon.
I scouted the spot last year and just don't have time this year to dedicate to it.

klickitat off of 142 in WA would be PERFECT

Phoenix Festival was held there just a few years back, besides it being hot as hell and a bit dusty
the venue was VERY VERY spacious, and there was MORE than enough room and privacy for the event to take place

i remember that party. great party, but that is private land(that trailer at the front of the property? thats the guy who owns that land). i dont know if we want to be on private land, but that could be an option...
