Re:estimated number of chilld-wren
well,
there's very loud non-stop free tekno in areas, but as it's out in the wilderness, it's possible to camp at a quiet distance. I envision a place like this for children to create a temporary playground from various found and imported objects with the help of safety engineers.
With earplugs and consideration of children's needs and comforts, it has much to offer for young ones.
chilents
i learned about the fest just recently... a friend is attending, and i was curious how child friendly the fest is. if it is too crazy for little ones i won't go i have a six year old. i would love input. thanks T.
kids at amf
hey,
so yeah there have been kids under 20 at all the amfs ive been to.
i very much belive in the community keeping an eye out for the little ones..
and if youre they type of parent who puts your childs sfarty first before your own fun...well this could be a fine festival to come to..yeah yeah yeah big mudic all night..but really its not that big if a deal..and i've seen a few parents camping with thier childen in groups together..and well away from the noise to sleep good
parents defintly give eachother support out there
as someone who;s pretty involved in a particular childs well being...yep come have a great toime and let your child have fun too
Re:estimated number of chilld-wren
My son's first AMF was when he was 3 months old...... he had a blast, and has since every year....... night time is only half of the festival, the days are full of fun as well...... normally for one night of the fesival a friend or group of friends will babysit for an extended period so I can taste the night life myself though........
my baby
The one I actually stayed for days at my little one was 1ish and we weren't camped too far from things and everything was fine and easy. Friend of mine brought her kid who was older also. Its all about you and your kid for any festie... Ill bring my sixyr old this year if im not sucked into something else, but we have the kind of relationship where most all festivals are easy and she can sleep through near anything and Im not stuck on her going to bed at a specific time or on having any particular time to myself....she'll dance with me you know? Its good to bring ear protection; those lawnmower headphone things are awesome!!! they dont fall off they dont get lost easy UHM its good to pay attention to what is going on around you so if something you are uncomfortable with is happening you can roll out....be easy to pack in and out etc......I oughta do my homework and then go write a fuckin book about festivals for kids or some shit.....
